The past few times I have gone to raise the hood, the little latch that jumps out from the audi insignia is sticking and not getting fully exposed so it can be pulled to open the hood. Anyone else experiencing this? If so, anyone figured how to remedy this? Its not cold weather since it happened today while it's be unseasonably warm here in Ohio, in the 60's! I hate it though, its going to get cold again. I love the car even more in the warm weather since the windows can be dropped! Arggh, hate winter!

Opened the hood 3 times yesterday. No problem.

What you must do, is pull the lever in the car, the little bonnet latch is then "activated" LOL, then just lift the hood slightly, and the latch should pop out, then you can pull the latch and open the bonnet

Place fingers under partially released hood and lift a little further. Latch will pop out from grill
