strange engine hesitation

strange engine hesitation
Hey im kinda new to this whole thing....I purchased a 03 a4 1.8t a few months ago.... i recently noticed that if drive the car and turn it off for a minute or two and start it up..it starts up fine...but if i leave it sitting for 20 minutes or so and then try to start it...it starts kinda ruff....it takes a second or two before it catches itself...does anyone have any ideas on what this can be???

i changed the spark plugs when i got the car...but the coilpacks i have no idea...i think they are the original ones...

i just went out and came back and its weird...the car just sounds like its boggin a little...but its only when u leave the car sitting for like 20 minutes or soo..after the car has cooled down like an hour or two...it starts up fine...

Any mods done recently? Any hesitation when accelerating when the engine is cold?
Is the "cranking longer than usual" only happening when the engine is warm?
