n00b tip #1...Reply on the subject line :)...
Can't speak directly for the Strat, but it apears identical to the AMS kit...Adjustability is a little tricky but not difficult.
Adjustability is done during installation and NOT done at will (@ stop light)...
To adjust throw, one needs to un-install, adjust and re-install.
IMO, AMS is a top-self unit and if I had a 5spd, I'd go AMS.
