Stripped wheel bolt thread ... solution?

I recently had my rims balanced and mounted at Town Fair Tire. The next day I decided to put my Audi wheel locks on, and when I tried to screw one in it stopped about 1/3 of the way in. I removed it and saw that about three rows of threads were askew.
I ended up putting a regular wheel bolt back in, but it wouldn't tighten all the way and kept turning.
What now? Can I get the hole retapped, or do I need a new rotor? (Does the bolt screw into the rotor, or a plate behind it?)
Thanks.

if the threads on the hub got stripped, you need a new hub, which 99% of the time means a new wheel bearing too, as pulling a hub usually destroys the bearing.
