Default not to be an *** but i would assume its driver error

all that crap in the 80's was proved to be driver error not a problem with the car.

Default Happened to me once

It was in a MB though. It happened in a parking garage, scary ****. I was lucky to quickly hit the clutch and that probably saved my life
Clutch was gone after, MB claimed it had to do with some software issue. That was the one and only MB in Family history.

Default Thanks for your expert opinion

Yeah, it's my fault that the car kept accelerating after taking my foot off the pedal. And yes cruise control was OFF.

It could never be the fault of poor build quality.
