Enjoy - If you have never done an HPDE DO ONE! It was amazing and I can't wait for the spring to do more. But be sure you dont go with stock breaks! I made that mistake already

Default was that that shennendoah circuit? it's fun, I've driven it. love the carousel. >

stock 3.0 brakes aren't THAT bad, but the 1.8T brakes are too small for a car of that weight.

Big brakes are always a plus on any road course, no doubt!

Default Late? Who said late? They weren't late! Seriously!

As is on our order forms, receipts and is stated at the time of purchase, we always guarantee shipment within 15 business days.

As with all our orders, they went out on time.

Thanks for your business and nice words!

Cheers,

Mike Stahlschmidt

Default Thanks! : ) A lot of people misunderstand our 15 business days guarantee,,,,

and start calling us at 15 normal days (or earlier) or just assume we are late when they get there orders and hold it against us.

We've had people threaten to call the better business bureau, threaten to sue us and slam us on forums when it's been 10 business days after and event! Some people also get upset that we charge their cards before shipment, but we need to (and have the legal right to), as we are making a one off product with no value to anyone else. We therefore must know if the funds are there before we start the process.

It's only say 5% of the customers misunderstand the guarantee, but that still results in 5-10 emails or calls per week.

My favorite are the emails that go unanswered for two days as we drive across state after state or are at a track, and people get mad as "we are not responding to them." The fact that we had no access to email means nothing to them! : )

Our guarantee is spelled out on our order forms, receipts, trailer signage and we tell every person when we hand them their reciept, as we don't have the time to deal with the calls that come pre orders being due and we want people to have the proper expectation of delivery.

A CD takes about 1-1.5 hours to sort, burn, label, address, package and ship. If we sell 50 CD's, it takes almost two weeks to create them, all the while we are driving from event to event and generally working each Fri, Sat and Sun, leaving four days to make CD's and to work on prior/other events. Quality before speed, I say!

Some people apparently:

A) don't know what a business day is.

B) Miss every single notice we offer them with this ifno.

C) Don't own a calendar.

Oh well. Very glad you were happy! Thanks for the nice words!
