Suspension Noise Question??>....
Sometimes when I make a hard turn my shocks/springs (I'm not sure which one... probably the shocks though) make one fairly loud knocking noise... and then thats it... Is that a problem? Do they need to be tuned properly? I have Koni Sports with Eibach Pro-Kit Springs... They only have around 600 miles on them so far...TIA

Check that springs and shocks are secure in their mounts.
Often a shock not tightly attached at the top.
I don't think you have much choice in tuning, since the spring rate is set, and unless the shock is adjustable for both impact and rebound, adjusting just one setting ( usually impact ) has limited results. Shouldn't make noise though in any case.

Thanks April... One more question though...
Will a loose shock cause any lasting damage? Or rather... has it already caused any damage by making this popping noise? And should I be concerned about running on it? Thanks again.

I wouldn't go on any bumpy roads or corner too hard until it's checked out.
It's unlikely that anything would be harmed, but there is always the outside chance. Avoid lots of jiggling or high stress loads, and you should be fine.
In some odd cases, the shocks are a lot taller than the springs, and the springs can rattle in their perches as they become totally unloaded and can move around. The shock could be so tall that when you unload a side or corner, it pushes the wheel towards the ground even further than the spring is capable of doing - leaving the springs free to rattle/clonk. Make sure your shocks are designed to operate in the ride height range as the springs.
