When the left, front goes on an elevation like a raised driveway I hear a one-time "snap" sound like the springs were out of place. It sounds like the springs snapping back into place. Of course I don't know what this exactly may be, but I can't duplicate the problem at the dealer - naturally! Because once that "snap" occurs, thats it for the day. The next day, it may come back again.

It's hard to describe it to the service advisor. Unless I can pinpoint or replicate the problem, they will charge me for investigating it.
