After being on Audiworld for a while, i noticed how there are a lot of questions about suspension upgrade. And i have certainly been in that position. I figured i would write about my experience with the setup i run now. And hopefully people would post pictures of their rides and tell us what suspension you are running, as well asa what kind of wheels/offset and rubbing issues. I'm not sure if someone else did one, but i've searched before, and i haven't seen any real results.
But here goes,
H&R sport springs and Bilstein grooved sport shocks from ecs tuning. The front set to the lowest perch.
The ride is surprisingly very similiar to stock suspension at normal speeds. However, if you go over consecutive bumps at high speeds, it may seem a little bit bouncy. There is no rubbing issues whatsoever with hard cornering with OEM rs4 wheels, which is a offset of 43. The front ride height is 24.6 and the rear is 25.4-25.5. Which seems odd to me, however ive grown to like the stance. Hope this helps anybody looking for suspension information. And hope it continues with other people that has modded their suspension.

Not as nice or fancy as coilovers, might do that in the future... but definately an improvement over stock sport.
The ride is stiffer than stock sport for sure, and the height is low without being "slammed". While potholes and such shouldn't be taken fast, the daily drive doesn't cause a 7.0 earthquake in the car either.
Cornering and braking are greatly improved. No rubbing with 225 or 235 18s (40 profile) and Hartmann 18" et35 wheels. Also no rubbing with 18" Oz Classe et35 wheels.
