Thanks man. I didn't want you to think I blew you off. My car got dinged by a trucker After Thanksgiving. I just got it back last week. Plugs got fouled from the shops constant start and stop so it caused a flashing CEL. Good thing the VAG helped me troubleshoot it quickly. Everything is still running great. I think I developed and exhaust leak. I plan on changing the exhaust manifold gasket and studs this spring just for good measure.

As for the clutch, I don't know if it's sprung or not. All I know is that it's the style that is used with the OEM flywheel. Apparently, they also have a version to be used with their lightened FW. That one may be unsprung.

I have some chatter at idle but for the most part it's quiet. I've had the clutch for over 30k miles now. It still holds the power. However, I've read recent posts about some people's bad experience with SPEC though. Back when I got it a few years ago, things were fine. Maybe they had a lapse in quality recently?
