No, parts department only. They even have a hardlock (dongle) to keep it there.

I’m also wondering what this t piece is for. Is it a replacement for the black t piece hat connects the hoses and check valves under the intake manifold? My cars a 2002 b6 a4 1.8t and i barely discovered it has a white plastic t fitting which is probably an aftermarket one. Also there are no part numbers on the t fitting or the hoses that connects into it so I’m confused on what parts to get for it
