Default TB Slipped and replaced - now out of time? Help?!?!

My water pump locked up forcing the TB teeth to be chewed off. Eventually, it slipped setting forth the project of replacing the timing belt. Everything went smooth and according to the diy/write ups with one exception - the crank is out time. The cam has marks, but the crank doesnt seem to have them?

How would I get it back into sync with out removing the head? How do I get the crank back to TDC w/o having marks? There is a dimple on the 19mm 12pt crank bolt and what looks like a drip line on the housing? Is that it? What do I do?????

you can bolt on the the pully on the crank sprocket becuse that one has a timing mark and line it up or do what merkin said.
