dude, i was looking for your post because I saw it then I couldn't find it
but...
they e-mailed me back saying:

overboost making the car go into limp mode. As this has not happend on all
vehicles, it is hard to say whether or not it would do it on yours. Because
of this, we are very understading if the valve does not work properly. In
my opinion though, it is definately worth a try. 1-3 more psi and it hold
the boost longer as well. This little valve can make noticable difference

yeah, i saw bhvrdr's, thats whats really got me sprung on this valve
plus my buddy has it on his tt with the k04 and he boost 1.9bar! but he also doesnt care bout blowin it cause hes gonna go gt28/71r. i think we might be safe with our 1 bar APR because even if we spike 20 or 21 psi and hold 17/16 ish, it would still be within what other chips are doin
