I don't think AoA gives a rats *** about existing customers. Wrong attitude, ever hear of word of mouth? It is okay for them to bother you in the middle of your work day to do a stupid survey rating your dealer's service. When you try to tell them something they have no clue or could care less. How about having someone call us who is competent. Do they not have any faith in their customers word? This maybe my last Audi also, unless AoA straightens out. Sorry about your troubles but I understand. I am sick of hearing about everyones problems with Aoa and them treating us like crap.

even though i love my car and its a blast to drive, audi will never see a penny from me again. i would never recommend buying one to anyone just because of thier customer service and inconveniences. Road side sucks, 90 percent of the dealerships suck, and AoA sucks. Now i know why AUDI is such an under rated car, who would want to deal with such an unprofessional company. AoA if your reading this you can not compare yourself to BMW or Mercedes Benz.

the CV joint up front ran dry due to the clamp popping free (seperate long story) - similar crap from AoA - you must take it to a dealer, the local guy is not authorized etc etc
So it gets temp fixed so I can drive back and let the dealer back home fix it.. else they won't cover the $500 or so in parts! (cv, boot kit, lower ball joint is somehow lose..)
It blows, but you could have your competent tech put back the broken pump and you go to dealer #2..
This sucks
