Im still on my originally front brake pads and rotors at 19k. Now.. i had my rear rotors and brake pads replaced at 13k because they wore out due to ... as the mechanic said.... "i left the hand brake on while driving." totally not true... but they replaced for free.. so.. im at 19k.. front pads and rotors are fine. .but the brake light WONT TURN OFF!! i posted earlier thinking it was low brake fluid preasure, but now today i was hearing the rear brakes rubbing and skreaching.. I NEVER leave my hand brake on while driving, im not stupid.. plus that light pops up right away... i made sure of that since the last time. But wtf.. im at 19k and i need new rotors and rear brakes for the SECOND TIME when the original front brakes are FINE... WTF IS GOING ON HERE!

no listen.. the past 4 months its been the same story..
"we have loaner cars, but we cant give them out. We have 10 new A4s in the rear for loaner cars, but we dont have them insured or registered yet, so we cant give you one" now.. ive been in back of bell's parking lot.. they have NO more then 5 or 6 A4s.. the guy is just full of himself.. pisses me off..

Did you buy your car at that dealer ? AoA covers a rental for routine service, but not warranty
service. That is left up to the dealer to handle at their discretion and on their dime. Technically this sounds like it *might* fall into warranty, and not routine maint.
I'd make a appointment with the service manager and point out that you are a loyal customer ( if you purchased there ), and/or that even though you are young, you obviously have the means to purchase and insure a new A4. At least get the story straight ;-) Sometimes the dealership insurance does not cover them for drivers under 21. It's one of the ways a dealer can cut operating expenses.
Ask that ABS sensors be checked - could be making the ESP go off when it shouldn't.
