Default Is there a switch 12V wire on the headight switch wires?

I'm sure you are thinking if anyone should know I SHOULD know but I got it mixed up.

There is a switched 12V but it is switched by the headlight switch, not tied to the ignition key. Yes... all that alcohol during university did some damage.

I checked every line in the connector and couldn't find a switched source. I'm I mistaken that there is one?

The reason I am asking is the new electronic gauges need a switched 12V source and I rather tap a headlight wire vs. the fusebox for ease of install for the end user DIY install guide.

TIA for any info or diagrams.
