T1S is probably a better all around tire, but the S03 is more sporting in nature. Both are excellent in the wet, with the T1-S being a bit quieter. But the S03 has a little more grip and a little stiffer sidewall.

The only all-seasons in your list are:
ZE-512
FZ4
and maybe the P7000
None of these sound interesting to me. I would look into the new Sumitomo HTR+ which has been getting very good reviews so far, especially given its low price. Another proven all-season tire is Dunlop SP5000, and finally Michelin Pilot Sport A/S, but it costs an arm and a leg.
