Are these 19's or 18's?? I'm guessing 18's in proportion to the car, but the tire is throwing me off

Im gonna say 19's, wheels with lips tend to look smaller than they are.

19, look bigger than M5 wheels, and M5 wheels epitomise 18 inches for me.
