those with test pipes...how do you pass smog?

Georgia they just read the computer for obd-2 readiness; as you know hax0rs exist for all software..
of course i would never do that.
any program - can be hacked to do anything.
california actually runs obd-2 cars on the rollers to make sure you aren't running haxored software.
it is done here in georgia randomly spot-checked like 1 in 1000. and probably idle or never on an AWD car since we have no AWD smog dyno's.
