I have a 2003 3.0 quattro with the stock sport suspension and have been fighting with an excessive amount of noise inside the cabin. I did some research in the archives and found a possible solution. This may already be common knowledge for a lot of you but I still feel I should share this for those with excessive noise.
Since I bought the car there have been annoying creaks and graons when going over mild bumps at all speeds. I found that most of this noise was due to unlubricated door seals on all four doors in the car. I used 303 Aerospace Protectant to lubricate all of the door seals and now the noise has stopped. The car feels much more solid. I also heard the a product called Gummipfledge (sp?) also works well for this.
Give either one a try if you have similar problems . . .

less than 4 years old is still do anything to make the noise stop mode
but
More than 4 years old means each noise is a notch on the belt of what makes the car quarky and lovable. It also begins the long list of small audi failures that are not worth fixing, which begins to have character of its own when the list starts getting long and yet the car is still doing its job...Dont get me wrong i fix everything like a nut, but im thinking i might keep this car for the long run and am interested in seeing if my car is tough enough to get a little inverse correaltion going between broken parts that arnt worth fixing and a long *** lasting 1.8t...

I tried 303 Aerospace but it did nothing for my squeaks. So I did an internet search on Gummi Pflege.

I posted my results on the Auto Detailing Forum
