I recently ordered a rieger front lip spoiler off ebay from Kest Tuning. I was informed that the item is in stock and would be shipped upon payment. I ordered the item on Monday and it should only take 3 days from where I ordered. I contacted the seller on Wednesday to get shipping information and they have not responded. Should I cancel the order? Do I have the right to cancel the order considering that the seller informed me that it would be here by the end of the week and it has not arrived. I would like to hear your opinions.

I can buy this item somewhere else. I expect good customer service, and when emails are not responded to within 24-48 hours and it is your only source of contact it is not acceptible. I would rather pay more money to get it from a reputable place with good customer service. I am sure all of us here have dealt with bad service a time or too.
