Is it possible to convert a tiptronic A4 to a Stick A4... If so what is needed.... new tranny? computer? etc

just have a look at pics showing autos connected to engines, its really not worth it simply because even if it did only cost a "few thousand""s"" ", the reliability would be crap, and car wouldnt feel right.

You have new trans, wiring, sensors, pedal box, and electronics. Lots of fiddly work getting to all the wiring right without destroying the car.

As the guys say, trade it in. If you do it, you'll kill resale too.
