Can anyone elaborate on the correct inflation pressure? Does the pressure need adjustments depending on the weather, short/long drive, speed, est.?
My place card shows 32PSI for unloaded and 41PSI for loaded H speed rated and 30/40PSI for Y speed rated tires respectively. I have V rated OEM Pirelli (235/45 R17 94V) and planning to buy W rated Continental.
thanks
Pete

There is no one right answer.. Depends on load, condition, desire for cornering ability, wet or snow traction, fuel economy, tire life etc... each variable is "best" with somewhat different settings. Handling and economy are most important to me, so I run them at 40 all around all the time (and run skinny tires on 16" in the winter and fat 18"'s in the summer)
