Are you out of your FALKEN mind ?
Either one is good. I read that the ST 115 are really quiet with good dry grip designated as Ultra High Performance. The FK 451 are Max Performance.
Check out edgeracing they have both tires and they have a review of each.

AVON Tech M550 A/S
You can get them drop shipped from Tirerack in a few days to your favorite shop. They are under 100 bucks a piece. Deal of the century!
Then again mine are all season and you might want summer tires so might be talking about apples and oranges here.

Re: Tire Review help.... What tires should i get for under 150 each?
Few weeks ago I had to change my 18' OEM Conti tires from my 04 Avant US and because the budget I had to choose for a non-expensive tire, also I wanted to have an all-season tire, so I got a set of 235-40-18 Falken Ziex ZE 512, these are a very good looking tires (shoulders and tread), also very quiet, same as the Continental that came with the car. I drive hard and so far I'm happy.
My only advice is maybe go for the next size you have, I mean wider, because this tires have a "V" shape shoulders and looks narrower that the stock tires, I would buy for my car 245-40-18 if I had the chance again.

Get the Goodyear Eagle F1 Rebadged tires from eBay, or just get some F1's if you can...
they are probalby the best tire I've driven on in the wet and dry. I bought the ST115's because of budget, but I'd rather have gotten the F1's. If you're on a budget then the ST115's are great. I know nothing about the other Falkens.

I was in the same situation...
... and I bought the FK451 because of the following reasons:
1. Wet performance - As per many reviews I have read, ST115 performs very poorly in the wet. I have had no problems with my FK451 in the wet.
2. Load and speed ratings - FK451 has higher ratings compared to ST115.
3. Noise - I am pretty sure ST115 should be quieter because of its thread pattern. However, I do not find the FK451 particularly noisy compared to other tyres I have used in the past (B'Stone, Avon, Toyo).
4. Looks - FK451 looks a lot more agressive than ST115... hands down!!! =)
In this price range, you really cannot go wrong with FK451.
Hope this help.
