I'm just about ready to purchase a 2003 A4 with the Sport Package. It seems there are at least 3 tires that could possibly come with this package;
- Michelin
- Continental
- Dunlop, (I think)
Which ones are "the best"?

1) Dunlop (if SP9000 or SP9090)
2) Michelin (if Premacy)
3) Continental (if Conti SportContact 2)
My opinion is overall, although if the noise is an issue, you need to move Dunlops to the bottom of the list.

quieter. My car originally came with Dunlops. They were great (and great looking, too), but the noise was bothering me. It was worse during braking and cornering. Definitely more than a hum.

My rank would go:
1) Michelin
2) Dunlop
3) Conti
You trade performance, especially handling with Contis. If you wanted a quiet car, go with Lexus. German cars are noisy anyways
