Took the car in for 30k service and they changed my rear brakes. Sory MB when will I

need new front brake pads? I have 30k on the car? The service rep did tell me that they will change them when the warning light comes on. Any ideas as to how longer will they last? thanks

Get on your knees and look at the pads.

I've heard front pads go as early as 23k and as late as 78k.

I've got 52,000km on mine and there's still lots left on the front...

My dealer said replacement is done when there's less than or equal to 5mm pad material left.

im not sure...

i guess my rears lasted 45k miles
the fronts were replaced at about 30k...but it was more because rotors were warped i think

alright im calling AoA monday morning... i need my money back for these reat rotors
