Looks fixable, but you never know until you take it to an adjuster/bodyshop.

day....i lost count
so i have not taken it to a body shop or dealer
so far
dealer does parts and paint jobs on site
so the paint is good as long as i own the car
have not started the medical treatment on my baby

so far
im rolling in a toyota yarus...
what a downgrade
but a cars a car....
just gotta bring it back in one piece

Insurance still needs to get out here to see the damage
now waiting to see what they will have to say

Default Totaled? Not even close

they can fix even bent unibodies. Be sure your car goes to a quality ship that specializes in high-end European cars. In Detroit, we use Autometric, but I don't know where you are. I had an accident far worse on my 2000 B5Avant and once they were done (several weeks and many thousands later) I drove for 2 more years and would never even know it had been hit.

It will take some time and money, and be a PITA, but they can rebuild it. They do have the technology. Better, stronger, faster . . . OK, no $6m man, but yes, fixable.

Be sure to hit your friend with the Infinity up for rides while yours is in the shop.

Update
Adjuster came out today to check it out
it totals up to 5600 worth of damage
took it to the dealer body shop
they are going to check it out and disassemble it
hopefully it will be not a big issue
the main issue is the side door mount
thats the biggest issue

now thinking about it
im worried that it wont be the same
there seems to be a lot of damage behind the door mount

so the biggest question....
repairs take 6 -7 weeks....(maybe more)

or

tell insurance damages are too much and i might as well call it a total lost

which would be more beneficial?

5600 worth of damage may go up a lot after they disassemble it and see whats up
5-6 weeks out ....insurance covers 500 worth of rental car

time will slowly be a factor
and now is total or just keep it in the shop?
it is a dealer
and now im stuck driving a yaris....
a cars a car

whats your 2 cents?

new update
the infinity gx4 is totaled
i just checked up on my car today
all they have done is take the windshield off
(i find it pointless) dont know why they did that
but its sitting outside
so if something ruins the interior ill just bitch at them later when its fixed....
i hope they know what they are doing
