Default Come over and drive both ! :-)

Back to back comparo at the same tracks on the same car. Driving schools or untimed events, so I don't have lap times. However since street driving isn't about lap times, I think at this tire quality level, it comes down to what the driver feels most comfortable with.

Default Yes, rotational mass can play into things. Since they use the Proxes for racing, i'd say they're

pretty sturdy. Of course my cars are tested weekly for inflation, no curbing, etc.

Default Yes. I will be pushing it hard. Well hard enough. Not on the track though.

Performance in the wet will be important too.

I'll have them wrapping 17" - 20 lb wheels.

Well, you can use the money from the sale to buy new springs and tires. It's a great deal for you =)

Default A professional testor may have very different results than the street driver.

Most of it comes down to opinions - even Tirerack uses a rating system, not actual data.
