OEM is a high quality synthetic. TAF-X. Motul gear 300 is the only other i'd try.

Default I just did this last weekend, Id recommend Motul 300

I have the 5 speed as well. You need to get 3 bottles (3 liters). The capacity is 2.75 liters. You can get a suction pump from most auto stores, I got mine from Auto Zone.

You will also need a triple square socket (size m16, you can find them on ebay for about $15) and a 17mm hex socket. The triple square is for the drain plug and the hex is for the fill plug. you put the car on ramps or stands (I put my car on ramps on slight decline so the car was nearly level). Loosen the fill plug so you know you can refill what you drain, then take out the drain plug. Torque the drain plug back in, and refill with the suction pump until the fluid is level with the fill plug hole. Its pretty easy.

Default Turbo Frog, but Induktion has it, I think PureMS has it as well.
