I recently put two 10" subs in the back of my 96 A4. I haven't dynamatted the trunk, and it sounds like it's filled with tin cans when the bass hits. The main cause is the trunk lock... Are there any products out there to help, besides the spray foam or dynamat?

i would use some type of foam...just make sure its not an expanding foam

i'm sure there must be a screw or something in the lock itself that could be tightened. Of course us B6'ers wouldnt know about this kind of stuff since our cars are sooo much better than the b5's. LOL

see if it's the "safety triangle". i noticed that rattled the most in my trunk
