Default Turbo Cooling

What's everyone doing with cooling down their turbo during normal use? Is it recommended or just after "hard and extended" driving. I have a CVT and at 80 the engine is only working 2400 RPM, but I know that the turbo is running much higher.

Thanks much!

Default I let mine idle for about a minute or two after hard or extended driving...

or just take it easy for the last mile or two, trying not stay in low rpms and not use boost.
