Default Turbo Not working - lack of power

Just blown my engine on my Audi A4 1.8T Sport (N reg) and it has just been rebuilt - now has Zero miles.

Just picked it up and there is no acceleration it seems as though the Turbo isn't working?

I've just checked the ECU and I get a fault code 00515 - Hall Sensor

Is this causing the lack of performance?
The car start ok and gets upto 80-90 on the motorway

Many thanks
Paul

Default I'm guessing this is an older A4 as I'm pretty sure that B6's don't use Hall Sensors

try the b5 forum

Default

The cam sensor is a hall sensor, check and see if it's connected.

Default check the wastgate

the wastegate might be stuck open and its not letting the turbo build up boost pressure
