you close the door and manually lock it using they key. This is one of the sacrifices of getting TT

Default AFAIK, our turbos are NOT water cooled

If someone else can verify, only the 1.8T in the 225TT is water cooled.

Default They are BOTH water and oil cooled. The 225 TT also has...

...an after-run water pump. On our cars you have to add one into the water return line from the turbo to the upper radiator hose. You still have to add a one-shot timer so the pump runs for x amount of minutes after you shut off (and throw a thermostatic switch in also)

BTW the 2.7L S4 and the 2.8L V6 both have the same pump but in different locations.

CHEAP insurance for your turbo, get one. The Blitz with the boost gauge rocks : )
