I've created a twitter account specifically for my 2004 audi A4 1.8 CVT which has had numerous problems. The purpose of this twitter account is to get Audi of America to recognize common problems with ALL Audis and VWs.
I'm hoping to gain enough followers and hoping you Audi and VW owners will tweet back to me with your problems. Using this communication networking tool will hopefully give us all leverage to get AoA to reimburse us for problems that are do to poor design. Regular maintenance costs and costs do to wear and tear are normal, but having stuff like broken gloveboxes, broken armrests, broken seat adjuster, faulty expensive Transmission Control Modules, engine sludge are not.
I plan on tweeting past problems with my car, current problems with my car, and will tweet my communication with AoA and any repairs and costs done.
I encourage you to follow me, get your friends and fellow Audi and VW owners to follow as well. The more light that is shined on the design issues of Audis and VWs, the better!
Give me suggestions on what else you think we should tweet about!
Thanks,
Todd
