I've noticed from day one that the tires feel like they're out of balance. Even after having the tires balanced, I can still feel it, which leads me to believe that the tires are "out of round". I'm hoping it's the tires, rather than a "feature" of 18's. Has anybody else noticed this?

BTW, to put this in perspective, a normal/average passenger would never notice...I'm talking about a high level of sensitivity. I've never had this problem with 17's and high quality tires, which is why I'm curious.

i know what you are talking about. i have the conti's on my wheels and they always seem unbalanced. at first i thought it was the way the car was slammed so i had it raised a tad in the rear and after doing so the feeling was still around. i do not think its the 18's i think the tires are ****! will not be getting conti's when these go

I agree with both of you. I just picked up my Ultra a month ago and I'm very sensitive to how it drives/feels. It does feel like it is unbalanced or something to that nature. It must just be the ****ty stock tires.

I've experienced what you are talking about since I got it... I am getting it back today (A/C issue resolved) with balance issue taken care of (uhm) we'll see... I'll post tonight after I pick up if problem is still there... Stock Contis on mine, one month old car (just in case)....
