HOLD ON...can someone please explain the USP sticker...

Isn't that black section a piece of plastic on the bumper? Or so I thought.

Do you apply a sticker to cover the black portion of the rear bumper? Or is it the other way around (remove the sticker, SIGH, to expose a white painted bumper)?

Bumper is same color as car; Audi put decal on over it.
