IIRC... 60/40 in the 1.8T's and 59/41 in the 3.0's. Definately nose heavy.

What about Avant weight distribution? It should be better, right?

wouldn't the 3.0 be more nose heavy than the 1.8t though?

3.0 engine is actually LIGHTER than the 1.8T.

Default Man the new car must have better balancing.. I have a hard time

with The S4 and the 22mm swaybar on hard. Same with my A4s. At the track it is really hard to step it out. and when you do I have to fight to keep it there. hmph. 2nd geners get all the fun.. Oversteer is fun.

Default well, they're both nose heavy. here's what I've gathered:

1.8T QM:
3406 lbs
58/42 weight distr.


3.0 QM:
3583 lbs
58/42 weight distr.



So, even though the 3.0 is 177 lbs HEAVIER, the weight distribution remains the same.
