why would you change out a pulley unless you were supercharged?

Default The only one you can safely under drive is probably the PS pump

You certainly wouldn't want to under drive the water pump. Aside from the water pump, the AC, and the power steering, what else is the serpentine belt driving?

All in all, it seems like a feeble attempt to gain a negligible amount of HP. You can put a bigger pulley on to slow an accessory down but I really doubt you'd feel much of a difference.

Default I agree, not a good idea unless it's a race car and spends all it's time >

at high rpm.
The high revving can wear out accessories not really designed to run at such speeds.

The 2-5hp you gain is not worth it on a street car.
