UPDATE: Audi Competition front grill badge install is now complete and pretty perfect :) Pics inside
As some of you may have read earlier today, the initial installation of the AudiSport Competition front grill badge did not come out so well. The adhesive on the back of the badge was too soft and the grill design of the B6 brought more problems than expected. I went to the drawing board and recruited my brother, who is more mechanically inclined than I am (but he's NO Bob Villa, the kid almost superglued his finger to the badge!).
Anyway, we decided we'd work on mounting the clip to the grill, giving it enough clearance to clear the badge (no easy feat since the badge is a bit wider than the bars of the OEM grill). Audi's front grill clip is a mean little guy- bites fingers and the inside of the grill- glad it's over. After we installed the mounting plate we super-glued the badge to the plate. End result: I'm very happy with the outcome. It is by no means a PERFECT, plug-n-play fit but it looks damn cool and different. A word to those like me, while VAGParts and EPImporters maintain this can be done with what they send you, disregard. Be prepared to break out the super glue and small pliers. I'm a happy camper though.
Oh yeh, pictures

LOL! This coming from a dude with e-codes AND an ABT grill, PicPoster speaks for itself (JK)
Actually planning on e-codes myself soon. You really think it's rice? Come on dude, you don't understand, you have a badge there- I had a "void"
