Default All I know is the resulting limp mode is do to the misfire CEL due to coil pack on cyl 2.

Will be 100% as soon as the CEL goes away or codes are cleared.

Default Yes, the same as your TT. But....

By disconnecting the battery to clear the short term DTC memory, will also clear the driving dynamics adaptations that have been learned, requiring those values be re learned, re adapted before best performance will be restored. That may be the best way to restore the optimum characteristics, driving the car using maximum torque demand while the adaptations are relearned to minimize the learning time involved.

Default OK, but again, hard limp mode should not result from the specific fault events..

or failure mode that occurred in this case. Although, performance will have been reduced due to the presence of the misfires, and from the maladaptations that resulted, it's not the same as a primary "hard limp" mode.

Unfortunately the dealer didn't fill out the radio code. Looks like I'll be skipping this option.

Default Radio doesn't need code entered on "home" system

ie, as long as you don't move it to a different car or replace your instrument cluster

Default Good to know. Manual says anytime battery is disco'd.

My TT has never needed it though when doing this.
