They only have one or two styles (Platinum & Extreme White) in H7. I found them here;
http://www.piaa.co.uk/index.htm
The PIAA official site does not mention them though. Personally, I would not recommend them. Hella has the, "Optilux Xenon White" H7 bulbs (55w) w/ life time warranty, or something like that. I have not tried either of them.
I am in the US and had stock Halogens. I bought E-Codes and went with the following bulbs;
Philips Blue Vision City Light (W5W)
Philips Silver Vision Blinker Bulb (PY21W)
Philips Vision Plus H7 (Low-Beam)
Osram Silver Star H7 (High-Beams)
These are not the "blue" HID effect types. But you can get those too (Blue Vision,..).
Since you are in Canada, contact PG Performance in BC (click on linky below). Speak with Paul Jr. or Melanie. They have these bulbs.
Another thing is; there is an "all in one" HID E-Code headlight housing that is out now. This is the perfect upgrade for those who wanted Xenons, but got Halogens. And you do not have to buy an upgrade HID kit. This headlight housing has it all built into it. Contact Chris at EPi for more details and pricing.

These are H11's here. I have HLT's, which are faux Xenon color types. You probably want to get all weather types though (yellow ) for your climate (snow, fog, rain). The HID effect bulbs are not the best in these conditions.
