Well for the record I have had a perfect experience with Derek, 1 for 1 thus far !
Posted looking for something, Derek replied, I paid he shipped, I recieved. All in a timely manner.

Pale - I am from the TT forum - but I will say this
I have known some other people to do business with that company and had issues as well. No one cares if someone is a (stand up guy) no one cares (if the service is good AFTER the fact to make up for flaws) only thing I care about is (up front service and honesty.) It isn't your issue if he is having problems when you purchase something - it's his. And him having the problems should be DICTATED to you up front so you know what to expect. If you know to expect delays, and you purchase you took it upon your self! I wish you the best of luck brother, I have dealt with companies like that (want your money) give you an excuse later. I don't do that type of business. I will tell you who is good though and DOES ship on time! (NAM) North American - now that guy is high class, honest, and follows through. Did so for my reiger front lip. Good luck man! And thanks for the consumer info. I was going to buy 2/3 of those rings now I wont.
