Default vag question

i had xenons, swapped them with stock halogens, now its throwing an error because of no self leveling motors, went in vag com and changed to a car with halogens thinking that it would not look for the self leveling motors, but it still shows the error, any help would be great

In this case you can try to remove fuse number 10, (S10) in the fuse panel. This removes power from the auto leveling control module. If that does not stop the malfunction warning, then you will have to unplug the harness connector from the auto level control module. Unplugging the module effectively creates an "as built" halogen fitted car. See the picts for module location.
