So while doing some little trouble shooting, car has a little hesitation low gears around 2-3k rpm, so I went for the spark plugs because the coils were replaced recently, fixed my problem, but noticed that there is a little oil leaking around the valve cover gasket, to the point I found a little in the #4 coil pack, now, to the question, how difficult is it for DIY project?? The only mechanical experience I have is just that, replacing coil packs and spark plugs????

I think you mean the valve cover gasket, not head gasket. Not too difficult, but if all you've done is plugs, get a manual such as Chilton which includes lots of photos. You will need a valve cover gasket set and the correct hex driver for the screws.
