Default My guess is they are cosmetic, ejector pins wouldn't leave a through hole.....

nor would the hole be radiussed on the wheel face, just a guess though.

My BBS RGR wheels had them. They could also be stress relief.

Default Common on factory BMW wheels.

They use the holes during installation at the factory. I think a lot of BMW aftermarket companies emulate the holes just for some consistency in look.

It does save some weight, but it is mainly just part of the design of the wheel
