Default Re: VAG

I initially purchased an ebay cable but had "issues" with it. I returned it and got one from obdtols and then registered the software so that I had "full access".

obdtools.com

Why not just get it from Ross-Tech?

So, $50 difference? I'd still go with Ross-Tech for piece of mind and warranty.

Default depends on what you want to do....I did that generic route and found that I could not access all the

modules that I wanted too, so I purchased a Ross-tech one. The generic route will work but not as good as the Ross-tech, but then again the Ross-tech route is $250-$350!!
