At the risk of becoming an annoying post-*****, I have one more mystery I'm sure someone here can solve: the other day, while manuevering through a parking lot, a warning indicator flashed in my driver info display, where the radio information normally is. It was quick, but I SWEAR the image was a hand, and it was holding something (insert whatever joke you want here). It was gone in an instant and the radio display came back, and I haven't seen it since. Anyone know what this is?

If you look in your manual you will see pictures of all the icons that display in your "driver info display". See if you recognise the one that you saw. I went crazy with it when i first bought my car, the windshield washer fluid was low, all of a sudden the display chages to some stupid fountain, I pulled over not knowing what was wrong, it was gone by the time I stopped. Have gotten used to now, lots of surprises in the first year or so.

Went through the manual and couldn't find anything remotely similar. Maybe I had too much Nyquil, or thought I saw something I didn't. Weird.

lol @ the nyquil. If its is something , it will show up again. DOn't let it worry you though.

I think you get hand with spanner (wrench) at the start when car is checking itself - if I remember.
