True in this case.....
I don't see just cause to deny the claim, unless there is proof that hasn't been stated here. I guess I was saying as a general rule of thumb, that most people don't understand how dealerships back op's work both in sales and in service....and its funny how many people/customers assosiate a their dealership and Audi as one in the same....

Page 28 of the Audi USA warranty booklet....BBB arbitration available.
Use this to get it resolved.
If that doesn't work write a letter to the dealership explaining what you just stated above and copy(list the copied groups in the CC

Attorney General in your state
Local newspaper action guy
