Default Why do you want to sell a multi-million dollar house on eBay? eBay must make a killing off
of that transaction. Damn!
I'm speaking from a high fee perspective. If they are getting a realtor fee, then now they are getting an eBay fee, unless of course it is a FSBO or a new construction.

just teasin. nice house. what line of work are you in? how are the housing prices out there in Montgomery/Princeton? To buy a house that large here in NYC/Long Island, you would have to have a serious fortune.
