Weird Driver door issues

so lately, and not always, when I close the driver door and engage the alarm, the car will attempt to lock (all doors but driver) and the alarm wont engage, and the door stays unlocked. Like the door is open/ajar, but it clearly is closed.
If I open it back up and give it a little more umpf (read slam) it works. I was also inside the car once (door closed) about to pull out and I tried to lock the doors manually and it wouldnt, again like it was open, slam the door and it worked.
Today I noticed the window "lock" button (rectangular thing), which I never use was blinking yellow.... I pushed it up and back down and it was gone. odd
I feel like there is some loose harness in there or something, Ill have the dealer check her out next time in. Anyone else?
Also the sunroof has taken to acting up permantely now, not opening or closing properly with the swtich. Goes some of the way and stops in both directions. The key in the door will close her all the way but the switch seems fuxored which is pretty common.

my car wouldn't recognize the rear right door. It went away, but while it was acting up I would open that door and the lights wouldn't go on and the dash wouldn't indicate that the door was open at all, but the locks still worked.
As far as the sunroof goes here is the DIY Fix, but if you're under warranty still and headed to the dealer anyway might as well get them to replace the switch.

today i had problems with my locks too. i press the lock button on the fob, i heard the doors lock, then a few seconds later, the beep. Then as I'm walking away I hear the door unlock. I still had the fob in my hand, but I didn't push the button. I went back to the car, pressed lock and unlock a few times alternately, then locked it and left, and when i came back it was locked...
and my sunroof was "ghosting" on me today. I'd push the button to tilt it up, only to have it come back down a few minutes later on it sown.
Weird that that happened to both of us on the same day.

nor was I aware it was capable. There is definately some kind of short in there casuing the weirdness.
The sunroof issues are almost a given on these cars but the door was a new one for me. For now I'm just dealing with it as I have to go in in June/July for my 3yr service and state inspection. As long as it livable for now, I'll just wait.

I had seen that fix before and would definately have given it a go had I not had the warranty.
Being the lazy *** that I am, I see no reason to wrench on something they should fix under warranty. : /
